Security White Paper

An overview of LUMO’s basic principles for account security, task verification, reward records, and risk control.

🔐

Account Security

We follow the principle of data minimization and recommend using a unique password and reliable contact information.

🧾

Task Verification

Task validity is determined through task status, activity records, and rule matching.

🛡

Anti-Fraud Measures

We identify risky behavior such as duplicate accounts, abnormal task claiming, bulk operations, and false appeals.

📚

Audit Records

Necessary task and reward records are retained for dispute review and system improvement.

1. Data Minimization

The platform collects only the information needed to provide services and does not collect data for the purpose of selling personal information.

2. Access Control

Internal system permissions are assigned by role, and sensitive operations should retain audit records.

3. Task Risk Control

We identify and restrict abnormal task claiming, repeated sending, account switching, and high-frequency activity.

4. Incident Response

After a security incident is detected, the platform will analyze, isolate, and remediate it, and notify affected users when necessary.
